Terms of Service

Time Traker is offered on monthly or annual subscriptions. Pricing is per user per month for paid tiers. Annual plans are billed up-front and pro-rated upon mid-term seat changes.

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card is required to begin the trial. At the end of the trial, accounts revert to the Free Starter plan unless an upgrade is selected.

You may cancel at any time from the billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You may export all account data to CSV at any time during your subscription and for 30 days after closure.

You may not use Time Traker to (a) violate any law, (b) infringe third-party rights, (c) transmit malicious code, or (d) attempt to access other tenants' data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for material violations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Time Traker's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Time Traker is an independent product and not endorsed by Intuit. Use of the QuickBooks Online integration is subject to Intuit's API terms. We are not responsible for changes to Intuit's API that affect connectivity.

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
